URS Coleman was originally formed to execute a five-year contract to provide
comprehensive public affairs support to the U.S. Army's Program Manager for
Chemical Demilitarization (now the Chemical Materials Agency).
Since our firm's inception in 2002 we've been privileged to deliver award-
winning strategic communications services to CMA and several other Army
clients. Beginning in 2006 we also started servicing a non-profit organization
(The Army Alliance) as well as the state of Maryland (SHA).
